Gone are the days of taking time off work to wait for deliveries.

At Ashby Stoves we believe delivery is the most important part of our business and should be on time every time and at your convenience not ours.

We only deliver using our own vehicles and personnel and are therefore able to offer our unique delivery service:

If you have booked installation with your purchase then all items will be delivered on the day of installation.

Final balance payment is required on delivery, no items will be left without payment.


All goods are covered by the long ditance selling regulations and may be returned for any reason within 7 days.

Please note all goods must be in unopend and original packageing .

All goods must be suitable for imediate resale.

Any goods not suitable for imediate resale will be refused.

All return costs are at the cosumers expence.


In the case of some heavy items i.e. stoves / large stone fireplaces a fit and able bodied person will be required to assist with off loading. Trolleys may be used to get the items into your room so please ensure that carpets / wooden floors are covered to prevent any damage. And that we have a clear route into the room.

Ashby stoves will enter your property at your risk only and cannot be held responsible for any damage should it occur to flooring, furniture doorways etc. where they have not been properly protected.

All delivery times are dependant on weather / traffic conditions on the day of delivery. You we be kept informed at all times in the unlikely event we are delayed.

If Ashby stoves are supplying items only It is recommend that you do not book installation until all items have been delivered and checked.
