Ashby stoves are pleased to supply you with any of the solid fuel fireplaces, wood or multi fuel stoves shown on this website on a supply only basis or with full installation.
Ashby stoves have over 30yrs experience in the installation & alteration of solid fuel fireplaces & stoves. We are HETAS registered with our own qualified installers, fully insured with a minimum £5 million cover.
We offer our installation service to customers within 50 miles of the LE65 or LE9 postcodes. Outside this distance please visit www.hetas.co.uk to find a qualified installer in your area.
All installations are subject to a FREE site survey within 20mls off LE65 or LE9
Surveys over 20mls and upto 50mls will be charged at a cost of £25.00.
Survey fee will be deducted from final invoice on confirmation of order.
Ashby stove also offer a solid fuel installation service for stoves & solid fuel fireplaces not purchased from ourselves. Please call for details.
The installation of fireplaces and stoves can can sometimes be a dirty dusty job involving the removal of large quantities of brickwork. Although we will dust sheet walkways and furniture it is the customers responsibility to remove or cover valuable, fragile items. Carpets should also be rolled back to give a reasonable working space.
All chimneys and flues are deemed to be in satisfactory working order at the time of installation, if we are informed of or find faults during the survey we will quote for any necessary repair work. Any faults not found during the survey but found during or after installation will be repaired / rectified at additional cost.
Ashby stoves only supply and deliver gas fires & fireplaces shown on this website.
Ashby stoves do not install gas fires & fireplaces, but over 30yrs we have built up relationships with installers who will be pleased to quote for any local installations
(i.E. within 30miles of LE65 ).

Ashby stoves accepts no liability for any damage to property, damage to the items to be installed or any installations carried out using one of our recommended installers or one from HETAS or the Gas Safe Register.
All items left in the room and carpets not rolled back during installations are at the customers own risk.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the installer is qualified for the relevant work to be carried out and is fully insured.
